Target audience: Operating and maintenance staff
Prior knowledge: Fundamental knowledge of vacuum technology
Beginning – Ending: 9 am - 4 pm

The course will cover various turbopumps of the HiPace series, controllers, and turbomolecular vacuum pump units (HiCube series).
